Naručivanje / Ordering

Kupac naručuje proizvod/uslugu putem elektronskog obrasca narudžbe na web stranici. Kupcem se smatra svaka osoba koja elektronski naruči barem jedan proizvod/uslugu, popuni tražene podatke i pošalje narudžbu.

The customer orders a product/service through an electronic order form on the website. A customer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one product/service, fills in the required information, and submits the order.

Plaćanje / Payment

Plaćanje je moguće online kreditnim i debitnim karticama (Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa) ili pouzećem (ako je dostupno). Online kartična plaćanja procesira Monri Payment Gateway uz primjenu PCI DSS Level 1 standarda.

Payment can be made online using credit and debit cards (Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa) or cash on delivery (if available). Online card payments are processed by Monri Payment Gateway using the PCI DSS Level 1 standard.

Isporuka / Delivery

Nakon potvrđene uplate, kupac odmah dobija digitalni pristup usluzi (nema fizičke isporuke).

After the payment is confirmed, the customer immediately receives digital access to the service (there is no physical delivery).

Reklamacije i povrat / Complaints and Returns

S obzirom da se radi o digitalnim proizvodima s trenutnom isporukom, povrat novca, zamjena ili reklamacija nije moguća, bez obzira na okolnosti.

Since the products are digital with instant delivery, refunds, exchanges, or complaints are not possible, regardless of the circumstances.

Kupovinom potvrđujete da razumijete i prihvatate da se digitalni sadržaj smatra isporučenim onog trenutka kada se izvrši uplata i omogući pristup proizvodu ili usluzi. Ne postoji mogućnost otkazivanja, refundacije, zamjene ili bilo kakvog oblika povrata sredstava nakon izvršene kupovine.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that digital content is considered delivered at the moment payment is made and access to the product or service is granted. There is no possibility of cancellation, refund, replacement, or any form of reimbursement after the purchase has been completed.

Raskid ugovora / Contract Termination

Pravo na raskid ugovora, postprodajne usluge (servis, zamjenski dijelovi), garancijski uvjeti te uslovi povrata novca i/ili robe uređeni su ovim Uslovima i pozitivnim propisima BiH.

The right to contract termination, after-sales services (service, replacement parts), warranty conditions, and the rules for returning money and/or goods are regulated by these Terms and the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
